Workshop Highlights

This workshop helps participants gain a clear understanding of the Hong Kong Cyclothon route and strategies for tackling different sections. It also includes approximately one hour of professional on-bike training led by former Hong Kong Cycling Team members to fine-tune your form and maximize training effectiveness.
Training Content:
• Route analysis and race strategy sharing
• Introduction to essential race-day gear
• bossini.X cycling top fitting experience
• Interactive Q&A session
• Guided training session (approx. 1 hour) along Tseung Kwan O Cycling Track, with coaches providing real-time guidance and corrections (participants must bring their own bikes). Special discounts on the tried cycling top available after training.
