Terms & Conditions :
Tai Wan
1. Customers in Taiwan must register with "EZ WAY" before ordering and provide the correct "Full Chinese Name of ID Card", "Telephone Door Number" and "ID Number/Company Unified Code".
2. The information provided must be consistent with the information registered by the customer in "EZ WAY". If the information does not match, it may affect the customs clearance process and delivery timeliness, which may lead to delivery delays.
3. If the customer fails to register with "EZ WAY" within 48 hours after the shipment is shipped, the customer will be deemed to have abandoned the order automatically. The store reserves the right to process the order.
4. Please ensure that the receiving information is correct to avoid "unable to pick up the package" or "undeliverable". If the additional shipping fee is caused by incorrect delivery information, the customer will be responsible for it. We do not accept returns for refunds for this reason.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and to ensure that their registration information with EZ WAY is up to date. We do not accept any problems or responsibilities arising from the provision of incorrect or incomplete information.
