|Returns (for local and overseas orders)
You are required to contact Customer Service to apply order return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customer can choose to drop off at 6 designated bossini stores or bossini customer service address. Please follow the return procedures in the return notification email, which will send to you after application of order return. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. (Return at bossini stores only applicable for local orders)
Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/bodywears, ladies' leggings, socks, or altered merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging and tags intact. No refunds will be made on goods inspected and found to be worn, altered or damaged.
After the product was returned, we will email you to confirm the information for the refund. The refund will be credited to your credit card account in 2-3 weeks, subject to the administrative procedures of the bank that issued the credit card. Refunds can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
B-point arrangement in case of refund or return: B-point awarded will be deducted from your account when the refund is conducted. Used B-point will not be issued again.
|Exchanges (for local orders only)
You are required to contact Customer Service to apply order exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer one time exchange/return service per order; product can be exchanged to another same or lower price product.
Any variance on the exchange item’s value will be refunded to the credit card which used for the original purchase; customer cannot pay for the extra variance.
If product is available for exchange, we will deliver the exchanged item to an address or 5 designated bossini stores. Customer can return the original item to courier/staff at the same time of delivery.
If the product is out-of-stock, you may return the product for a refund according to the normal return progress.
|Changes and Cancellations
Once the order is confirmed, changes and cancellations are not accepted.
