How to Order
bossini makes shopping online easy! Just follow these steps:
On occasion, a listing may mistakenly offer an item, size or color option that is out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product or services purchased are currently unavailable.
No stock will be reserved for any items in shopping cart or wish list before any payment. Out of stock message will be shown in the shopping cart page, please delete the item before check out.
Verify all items' details in shopping cart (style, color, size & price) before check out, order cannot be changed in payment status.
If you would like to purchase an item at a later date, you can move it from your Cart to your Wish List. This allows you to keep track of products you love so you can find them more easily during future visits.
To check the status of a current order, log into your account and select "My Orders." Click on Order # to view its details.
In the event that we run out of an item you have requested, we will contact you to inform you that the item has been removed from your order. You will never be charged for merchandise that is not shipped.
Only one shipping address can be entered per order. Items intended for different destinations, such as gifts, need to be placed as separate orders. For your convenience, all shipping addresses entered are saved for future use to the address book under the My Account tab.

All prices are displayed in your preferred currency for payment. You may select either by Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or US dollars (USD) from the shipping country at top.
